Community & Events

At Ukot, living together is about more than just sharing a building — it's about building a real community. Our residents' committee is at the heart of campus life, organising a wide variety of events throughout the year to bring students together and make sure there's always something to look forward to.

Every day, the committee opens the K'Fête bar, the perfect place to unwind, grab a drink and catch up with fellow residents after a long day of classes. And for those cosy evenings in, regular movie nights are organised in our very own cinema room.

Whether you're new to Liège or just looking to meet new people, the Ukot community is always open and welcoming. Because student life is better together.

Laundry on site

No more dragging your laundry around. Our laundry room is equipped with 11 washing machines and 11 dryers, all accessible via the convenient WeWash system. Ironing facilities are also available on site. Open 24/7 — whenever you need it.

Security & Access

At Ukot, your safety and peace of mind are our top priority. Our residence is equipped with a badge access system for all rooms and common areas, ensuring that only residents can enter the building at any time.

The site is monitored 24/7, so you can rest assured that you are always in safe hands. Our Hospitality Manager is also on site to welcome you, answer your questions and make sure everything runs smoothly day to day.

Because at the end of the day, our goal is simple: to make every resident feel safe, comfortable and truly at home at Ukot.

Transport

At Ukot, getting around couldn't be easier. The ULiège campus is right on your doorstep — lecture halls, libraries and sports facilities are all within walking distance.

Want to head into the city? Liège city centre is easily reachable by bus or bike. The B2 Busway runs directly from Guillemins station to Sart-Tilman, via Fragnée, Angleur, the CHU and the Botanique — with buses running every 5 to 10 minutes during peak hours.

Prefer to cycle? Sart-Tilman is well equipped with secure bicycle parking facilities across the campus. And for those who come by car, parking spaces with electric vehicle charging points are available on site.

Postal and Parcel Service

Never miss a delivery again. Ukot has a dedicated parcel point installed at the entrance of the residence, where all your packages can be delivered safely and conveniently. Whether it's an online order or an important document, you can rest assured that your mail is always in the right place — ready for you to pick up whenever it suits you.

Every room also has its own personal letterbox, so your letters and smaller mail are delivered directly and privately to you.
